2. Visa & Immigration Services

  • Jenick Travels does not guarantee visa approval under any circumstance.
  • Visa decisions are made exclusively by embassies, high commissions, and immigration authorities.
  • All information and documents provided by the client must be true, complete, and accurate.
  • Clients are fully responsible for their travel history, financial standing, and eligibility.
  • Visa fees, application fees, and service fees are non-refundable, regardless of outcome.

3. Payments & Pricing

  • All prices are subject to availability and may change due to exchange rate fluctuations, airline policies, or supplier adjustments.
  • Full or agreed deposits must be paid before any booking is processed.
  • Payments confirm acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  • Any bank charges, card charges, or international transfer fees are borne by the client.

4. Cancellations, Changes & Refunds

  • Cancellation and refund policies are governed by airlines, hotels, embassies, and tour operators.
  • Service fees paid to Jenick Travels are non-refundable once work has commenced.
  • Refunds (if applicable) are subject to supplier approval and processing timelines.
  • Jenick Travels is not responsible for delays caused by third-party providers.

5. Flights, Hotels & Third-Party Suppliers

Airlines, hotels, and tour operators have independent terms and conditions. Jenick Travels is not liable for:

  • Flight delays or cancellations
  • Overbooking
  • Lost luggage
  • Hotel service failures
  • Changes to itineraries by suppliers

Clients are advised to review all booking details carefully upon receipt.

6. Group Trips & Tours

  • Group trips require strict adherence to group rules, timelines, and conduct.
  • Late arrivals, missed flights, or non-compliance may result in exclusion without refund.
  • Itineraries may be adjusted to accommodate group logistics, weather, or safety concerns.

7. Travel Insurance

  • Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers.
  • Clients who decline insurance do so at their own risk.
  • Jenick Travels is not responsible for medical emergencies, losses, or unforeseen incidents.

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Ensuring passport validity and blank pages
  • Meeting health and vaccination requirements
  • Complying with immigration, customs, and airline rules
  • Arriving on time for appointments, flights, and tours

9. Limitation of Liability

Jenick Travels shall not be held liable for:

  • Visa refusals
  • Acts of God, pandemics, strikes, or government restrictions
  • Personal injury, loss, or damage not caused by our direct negligence
  • Any loss arising from inaccurate information supplied by the client
  • Our liability is limited strictly to the service fees paid.

Client data is handled with strict confidentiality, Information is shared only with relevant authorities and suppliers for service delivery. We do not sell or misuse client data.

11. Amendments

Jenick Travels reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always apply to current and future bookings.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the country in which the service is provided and applicable international travel regulations.

13. Acceptance

By making payment, submitting documents, or confirming a booking, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
